BTS Busan Concert Apology for Delay

The agency for the group BTS has officially apologized for the delays in entry at their Busan concert. Their label, HYBE, stated that they will review and improve overall on-site operations to ensure the remaining performances proceed without disruption.

BTS held their concert, 'BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN BUSAN', at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium on June 12th. The concert, originally scheduled to begin at 7 PM, was delayed by 1 hour and 15 minutes, starting at 8:15 PM, due to issues with audience entry.

HYBE conveyed their apology through BTS's social media accounts, stating, "We deeply apologize for the significant inconvenience caused by the delay in the concert's start time." The label explained that the delay was due to a combination of factors, including confusion with on-site guidance, bottlenecks in the queue for fan gift distribution, and delays in merchandise pickup. They once again apologized for disappointing and inconveniencing the audience who waited for a long time.

HYBE promised, "We will thoroughly review and improve all on-site operations, including entry and gift distribution, to prevent the same congestion from occurring in the performances scheduled for the following day."

Meanwhile, BTS will continue their concert at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium on the 13th, following the 12th, and will celebrate their 13th debut anniversary with their fandom, ARMY.
