Kim Donghyun Expecting Fourth Son

Mixed martial artist turned broadcaster Kim Dong-hyun is expecting his fourth child in October. His wife, Song Ha-yul, is currently four months pregnant, and the baby is a boy. This will make Kim Dong-hyun a father of four children, two sons and two daughters.

Kim Dong-hyun married Song Ha-yul, who is six years his junior, in June 2018, after dating for 11 years. They welcomed their first son the year after their wedding, followed by their second daughter in 2021 and their third daughter in 2023. Before the birth of their third child, starting in 2022, he gained attention by appearing on KBS 2TV's "The Return of Superman," sharing his parenting life.

Kim Dong-hyun personally revealed the news of his fourth pregnancy on the 8th anniversary special broadcast of the tvN variety show "Amazing Saturday" on the 4th. He announced, "We had our fourth child on 'Amazing Saturday's' 8th anniversary," receiving much congratulations. In an era of low birth rates, Kim Dong-hyun, who is becoming a father of four, is also receiving reactions calling him a "patriot."

After the broadcast, Kim Dong-hyun shared his thoughts by posting an ultrasound photo of his fourth baby on his Instagram. He stated, "I have become the father of four children. At some point, another lovely child has come to our side. Every morning is noisy, but we start the day in even greater happiness. I will live more firmly and responsibly to become an even better father in the future."
