Shim Kwon Ho's Health Update After Beating Liver Cancer

Wrestling legend Shim Kwon-ho has returned in good health after overcoming liver cancer. Viewers expressed relief at his brighter current condition, a stark contrast to his past struggles with alcohol dependency and poor health that caused concern.

On the TV Chosun entertainment show "Joseon's Lover" on the 6th, Shim Kwon-ho's recovery process after being diagnosed with early-stage liver cancer was revealed. Shim Kwon-ho appeared with a bright face at a hair salon and said, "I apologize for causing worry. I will show you a healthy appearance from now on," conveying his improved condition.

He stated, "They say I've gotten much better by eating well and taking care of myself. My skin seems to have improved too," adding that he has regained his health to the point where he played soccer last week. The cast members were amazed by Shim Kwon-ho's changed appearance, exclaiming, "Your face looks so much better," "You look like a different person," and "You have a healthy glow."

Shim Kwon-ho went on a healing trip to Jeju Island, where he met Yoon Jung-soo and Choi Hong-man. When Choi Hong-man revealed he drinks 3 to 5 liters of milk a day, Shim Kwon-ho hugged him and said, "I feel like I'm on the second floor," eliciting laughter.
