SHINee's Key Returns 6 Months After 'Joo-sa-i-mo'

SHINee member Key has resumed activities after approximately six months and shared an update with fans. Through his social media, he expressed his gratitude, stating, "Thanks to you, I was able to safely complete the K-Arena and Veruna Dome concerts. Every moment spent with you on stage was truly happy and will remain a lasting memory. And thanks to the immense love you sent for the Atmos promotions, it was an even more special time." He added, "I sincerely thank you, SHINee World, for your unwavering support. Let's meet again with a better performance," expressing his affection for his fans. Along with this, he also released photos of the SHINee members performing on stage.

Key had previously suspended his activities last year due to a controversy involving a "vaccine aunt." At the time, he explained that he visited a clinic through an acquaintance and had been receiving treatment believing the person was a doctor, only learning they were not a doctor after the controversy regarding medical licensing arose. Key's side acknowledged the seriousness of the matter, deeply reflected on their carelessness and poor judgment, and apologized. He subsequently withdrew from all scheduled events and halted his activities.

This return marks SHINee's comeback with their sixth mini-album, 'Atmos'. SHINee is returning as a full group after approximately one year, and the mini-album 'Atmos' will be released on June 1st at 6 PM. The album consists of a total of six tracks, including the title song 'Atmos,' and expectations are high among fans for this long-awaited full group release. In particular, it is receiving even greater attention coinciding with the return of member Key.
