The group Jewelry has become a hot topic after reuniting in a form close to their full lineup for the first time in 20 years, drawing attention to the current situation of third-generation member Kim Eun-jung. However, Kim Eun-jung was unable to attend.

Kim Eun-jung is known to be residing in the United States after marrying composer and husband Im Kwang-wook. Recently, Seo In-young visited Kim Eun-jung's newlywed home in the U.S. and shared that Kim Eun-jung is living in the U.S. for music work. Kim Eun-jung has gained recognition for her songwriting contributions to artists like Red Velvet's Irene and aespa, and recently shared her thoughts on participating in the English lyrics for the song 'Roll' from aespa's second full album. Kim Eun-jung married Im Kwang-wook in 2022.

The reason for Kim Eun-jung's absence from this Jewelry reunion performance was her residence in the United States. Seo In-young had previously visited Kim Eun-jung's U.S. home, showcasing their enduring friendship. The house, revealed at the time, attracted attention with its splendid and luxurious interior. Seo In-young admired Kim Eun-jung's home, exclaiming, "Your house is so nice. Eun-jung, you've succeeded."

Although she couldn't join the performance due to physical distance, Kim Eun-jung, as a member who experienced Jewelry's golden age together, is continuing her new life in her respective place.
