Eli Remarries, Ji Yeonsoo's Current Status Revealed

Singer Eli, formerly of the group U-KISS, has announced his remarriage. This has also drawn attention to the current situation of his ex-wife, broadcaster Ji Yeon-soo.

Eli personally announced his remarriage by releasing wedding photos on his social media. He expressed his love and gratitude for his fiancée, stating that he has gone through the most difficult and transformative six years of his life. His fiancée, born in 1991, is a non-celebrity of the same age. They met through a mutual acquaintance and have been dating since late 2022.

Eli explained that although he had previously stated on broadcast that he had no plans to remarry, he decided to marry because he felt trust in his fiancée's character, as she offers encouragement and support every time she meets their child. The couple's wedding ceremony is scheduled to take place on Sunday, June 14th, in Korea, with Suhyun, a fellow U-KISS member, singing a congratulatory song. Eli currently resides in the United States and plans to base his married life there, but he intends to travel back and forth regularly for his activities in Korea.

As news of Eli's remarriage spread, his ex-wife Ji Yeon-soo's current situation has also garnered attention. After divorcing Eli in 2020, Ji Yeon-soo has been raising their son, Minsoo, alone and building a new life. She recently shared that she has wrapped up her life in Jeju, moved to Seoul due to family health issues, and is starting a new challenge after her contract with her previous company ended.

In the released photos, Ji Yeon-soo is seen smiling brightly while conducting classes with children or holding artwork, showcasing her youthful beauty, bright energy, and stable demeanor. Currently, Ji Yeon-soo is working as an instructor for ‘Book&Plant,’ which offers classes for children and adults using flowers and plants. She holds Level 1 certifications as a storytelling picture book instructor, a professional florist, an urban agriculture instructor, and a children's art instructor, and she operates related educational programs.
