AKMU Tops Charts, 'The Devil Wears Prada 2' Mentioned

In the Movie category, 'The Devil Wears Prada 2' took the top spot at the box office for the first weekend of May 2026. Starring Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway, the film attracted 195,513 viewers over the three-day weekend, bringing its cumulative audience to 1,221,631. 'Super Mario Galaxy' ranked second with 184,012 viewers, and the horror film 'Salmokji' came in third with 147,319 viewers. 'Salmokji' surpassed 3 million viewers, reaching a cumulative audience of 3,022,843. 'Project Hail Mary' placed fourth with 58,548 viewers, and 'Crayon Shin-chan' secured fifth place with 31,262 viewers.

The tvN Saturday-Sunday drama 'Secret Audit' was second with 7.7%, and the ENA Monday-Tuesday drama 'Scarecrow' ranked third with 6.9%. MBN's '2026 Korea-Japan Singer Battle' placed fourth with 4.6%, and TV Chosun's 'Miss Trot 4 Seoul Concert' was fifth with 4.5%.
