Jeon Hyosung Forced Break Due to Company Issues

Jeon Hyo-seong, formerly of the group Secret, revealed that she had an unexpected break due to company issues. She shared that during this period, she spent time with her family and obtained a pet caregiver certification, adapting to her new daily life. Jeon Hyo-seong had been preparing for a stage comeback since the year before last and recently resumed group activities after 12 years by releasing the Secret special mini-album 'Secret Flavor' with Jung Ha-na and new member Ye-bin.

Jeon Hyo-seong appeared on the YouTube channel 'A-Class Jang Young-ran' and directly revealed the reason for her hiatus. She confessed, "I was forced to rest because there were some company issues," and admitted that during this time, "​I thought a lot about what I would do if I weren't an entertainer." Although the sudden halt in activities deepened her concerns about the future, she explained that she used this time for new challenges.

She also spoke about the process of recruiting new member Ye-bin. Jeon Hyo-seong stated that regarding Ye-bin, who was born in 2002 and joined as a new member, she became convinced that Ye-bin could naturally blend with Secret's existing color after a vocal test during their first meeting. She confessed that she felt considerable pressure about being on a team with Ye-bin, who is 13 years younger than her, and added that it took a lot of courage to decide on a comeback, fearing that people might no longer be curious about Secret.
