Ham So-won Blames Husband Jinwha for Daughter's Obesity

Entertainer Ham So-won expressed her dissatisfaction with her ex-husband, Jin Hua, regarding their daughter Hye-jeong's health condition. Ham So-won posted a video of her daughter on her social media account with the caption, "What should I do about our pretty girl gaining weight?" The video shows Hye-jeong, wearing a taekwondo uniform and eating fruit, and Ham So-won, looking at a test result indicating 'obesity' and saying, "This can't happen. She needs to diet now, so stop eating."

Ham So-won blamed Jin Hua, stating, "Every time I meet our child on the weekend, they feed her so much that she comes back gaining weight. But I can't tell her not to meet her dad. She gradually gained weight like that and eventually got diagnosed with obesity." She added, "​My daughter and I have the same menu, so there's no reason for her to gain weight. What on earth are they eating together?" showing her determination to manage their daughter's diet. Ham So-won announced, "​I need to take over the management from now on. Hye-jeong's diet starts."

Ham So-won married Jin Hua, who is 18 years her junior, in 2018, and they had one daughter, Hye-jeong. They divorced in 2022. It is known that even after the divorce, they are living together for the sake of Hye-jeong's upbringing. Ham So-won previously revealed on a TV show that after her divorce, she lived in Vietnam for a year with Jin Hua, her mother, and their daughter.
