New Band Shin Inryu Sings Yumi's Cells 3 OST

Band Shininyul will sing the second OST for TVING's original 'Yumi's Cells Season 3'. Through this participation, Shininyul plans to present the cheering song that represented the early part of the series with a new sound, adding a change to the drama's atmosphere.

The song sung by Shininyul is OST Part 2 'Protagonist (2026 Ver.)', and it will be released on April 20th at noon through various music sites. This song is the second release from the OST lineup for Season 3, as announced by the drama production team.

'Protagonist (2026 Ver.)' is a remake of the Season 1 cheering song 'Protagonist', which was sung by Na Sang-hyun Band and received much love. As the original song is familiar to the series' fans, Shininyul stated that they will create a different atmosphere by adding their own sensibility.

A characteristic of this remake is the change in vocal composition. Just as Part 1, released earlier, So Soo-bin's 'Are You Paying Attention to Me (2026 Ver.)' reinterpreted Wendy's song from the perspective of a reindeer, showing a different temperature of '썸' (a feeling of budding romance), 'Protagonist (2026 Ver.)' also delivers a unique impression to the series' fans by reversing the male and female vocal dynamic.

In terms of sound, Shininyul's unique pastel-toned band color is emphasized. The bright and clean vocals of Shininyul harmonize with string, guitar, and synth sounds, gently following the emotional line where excitement and hesitation intersect. Through this, it will play a role in emotionally supporting the changes in the relationships between the characters in the drama.
