Kang Sung Yeon Reveals Remarriage 3 Years After Divorce

Actress Kang Sung-yeon has announced her remarriage, her first since her divorce three years ago, signaling a new beginning. On the 11th, Kang Sung-yeon personally shared the news of her remarriage via her social media, stating, "I could smile because of you who embraced and protected my aching heart."

She revealed a heartwarming photo taken with her husband in a tangerine orchard, confessing, "Everything with you, who gifted me the strength and time to live again, feels like a miracle." She added, "​I am currently building a new family with a wonderful person alongside my children, creating precious happiness within the ordinary."

Regarding the late announcement, she shared her thoughts, saying, "There was a part of me that didn't want to announce it loudly, but I felt it was important to properly inform people about how I am living, so I gathered my courage," and "The most important and easiest way is my own happiness."

Kang Sung-yeon married jazz pianist Kim Ga-on in 2012 and had two sons. They divorced in 2023. She is currently raising their two sons herself.
