A former top star manager, identified as Mr. A, with over 10 years of experience, has exposed illegal practices in the entertainment industry. Appearing on the YouTube channel "All About Jobs," Mr. A claimed that managers often take the blame for celebrities' wrongdoings. He stated, "There were many cases where it was simply said, 'You did it,' and it was over," explaining that a prime example is when a manager confesses to drunk driving on behalf of a celebrity and receives money in return.

Mr. A also revealed his experience of obtaining prescription medication on behalf of celebrities. He said, "Proxy prescriptions are a hot issue these days, and I did it too," claiming to possess evidence such as KakaoTalk chat logs, though he did not disclose them in the video. Furthermore, he exposed that his agency would inspect vehicle black boxes to monitor managers and that he once found a recording device in a car, which could be a violation of the Telecommunications Privacy Protection Act.

Testimony about celebrities' entertainment culture also followed. Mr. A stated that he frequently visited entertainment establishments in Gangnam, where managers like himself were restricted from entering, and executives would primarily interact with the celebrities. He also recalled being asked to "pick someone up" at the request of the celebrity he managed.

Mr. A also shared an experience of a police chase while facing a crisis of being late for a filming. He said, "I was more afraid of being scolded by the celebrity than being caught by the police." During the interview, he claimed that a specific top star was watching the YouTube channel and added, "I'm lonelier than you might think."

Regarding why managers cannot speak out even when subjected to abusive behavior, Mr. A explained, "The power that person holds is immense," and that they could be blacklisted from the industry or face retaliation.
