Jun Ji-hyun: Survivor Leader vs. Infected

The movie 'The Bequeathed' is heightening anticipation by releasing character posters capturing the unique auras of six distinct individuals. 'The Bequeathed' is a film that depicts the story of survivors isolated within a building sealed off due to an unknown infectious outbreak, fighting against infected individuals who evolve unpredictably. The released posters, set against a backdrop of infected beings intertwined like a massive wall, showcase the intense appearances of six characters, each possessing a different personality.

In the poster, Kwon Se-jeong (Jun Ji-hyun) stands confidently before the infected, revealing a resolute demeanor as the leader of the survivors, poised to guide them to escape. Seo Young-cheol (Gu Kyo-hwan), with handcuffs on, wears a meaningful expression, amplifying curiosity about his identity as the person responsible for the outbreak. Choi Hyun-seok (Ji Chang-wook), covered in blood, clutches a pole, demonstrating his will to fight until the very end.

Furthermore, Gong Seol-hee (Shin Hyun-been), in protective gear, foreshadows her efforts to resolve the situation from the outside. Choi Hyun-hee (Kim Shin-rok) has a bewildered look in her eyes, as if she has witnessed something unbelievable, while Han Gyu-seong (Go Soo) maintains an unwavering expression, adding to the intrigue surrounding the different choices the characters will make in their desperate crisis. Director Yeon Sang-ho's new film 'The Bequeathed' is also drawing attention for the synergy that will be created by the combination of actors such as Jun Ji-hyun, Gu Kyo-hwan, Ji Chang-wook, Shin Hyun-been, Kim Shin-rok, and Go Soo. It was first revealed at the Cannes Film Festival and is scheduled for its domestic release on May 21st.
