Jinyoung & Heeyoung Tie the Knot June 7

Lee Jin-young and Jeong Hee-young, who met on the MBN entertainment program 'Dolsingles 6', announced that they will be getting married on June 7th. The couple shared the news directly through their respective social media accounts and YouTube channels.

Lee Jin-young revealed that he agonized over the decision to marry. He stated, "I really thought a lot about whether I should get married and if we could live well together," adding, "Given the children's situation, I thought very carefully, but I decided it would be better to be together while the children are younger." Jeong Hee-young also commented, "We have lived different lives, and we have children, so we have approached our relationship more cautiously. The process of getting to this point hasn't been easy, but I feel now that this choice is the right one."

The wedding announcement video also included a scene where Jeong Hee-young surprised Lee Jin-young with a proposal. Jeong Hee-young offered him a ring and asked, "Will you marry me?" Lee Jin-young, touched, accepted the ring. Afterward, the couple exchanged rings, promising to marry each other.

The wedding ceremony is planned to be a small, intimate event, inviting only family and close acquaintances. The couple mentioned, "We plan to keep it simple, so there won't be many guests," and added, "We are being cautious as there are many people we haven't been able to inform yet."

Regarding rumors about a change in their relationship, they emphasized their unwavering affection by stating, "We are getting married because our feelings haven't cooled down."
