BTS Begins Goyang World Tour

The group BTS is launching a new world tour, 'ARIRANG,' the largest in K-pop history. The tour begins on the 9th at the Goyang Stadium Main Stadium.

According to their agency, Big Hit Music, BTS will meet fans in a total of 85 shows across 34 cities, including Japan, the United States, Germany, France, Canada, Peru, Chile, and Thailand, starting with the Goyang performance.

This tour will be held in stadiums or large dome venues and is designed with a 360-degree open stage, expected to draw the largest audience in K-pop tour concert history.

To date, a total of 46 performances, including those in Goyang, Tokyo, Japan, and the North American/European tours, have already sold out. Concert promoter Live Nation announced that approximately 2.4 million tickets have been sold for the 41 North American and European dates alone.

Through this tour, BTS plans to perform new songs from their 5th album 'ARIRANG,' which recorded two consecutive weeks at number one on the U.S. Billboard main album chart 'Billboard 200,' along with their existing hit songs.
