Kim Byungse's LA Mansion With 15-Years-Younger Wife

Actor Kim Byung-se revealed his daily life in a mansion in Los Angeles, USA, with his wife, who is 15 years his junior. He appeared on MBN's 'Sokpuri Show Dongchimi' and shared his love story with his wife.

Kim Byung-se stated that he met his wife through an acquaintance in October 2018, after his mother's sudden passing in April of the same year, when he went to the United States. He expressed that he fell in love at first sight, describing his wife as having "a halo around her." Even after returning to Korea, he couldn't stop thinking about his wife and went back to the U.S. He said he began to court her when she visited Korea. The two grew closer while traveling around the country and proposed after only 100 days of dating.

The broadcast also revealed the mansion in Los Angeles, USA, where Kim Byung-se and his wife reside. The house, featuring a private swimming pool, an endless backyard, and high ceilings, looked luxurious, prompting the panelists to exclaim, "Look at the size of the house," and "It looks like a resort."

The daily lives of Kim Byung-se and his wife, Heo Seung-hee (49), were also shown on SBS's 'My Little Old Boy'. The couple married in 2019 and are now in their 8th year of marriage. Kim Byung-se recalled their first meeting, saying, "I first met her through an acquaintance while staying in the U.S. in 2018," and added, "I felt like the area around me lit up at first sight." He also mentioned that after returning to Korea, he continued to think about his wife and put in effort, such as binge-watching dramas.

Kim Byung-se's wife, Heo Seung-hee, was born in 1977 and is the CEO of a jewelry brand. The couple proposed and married after 90 days of dating and currently reside in Los Angeles, USA. The newlywed home revealed on the broadcast is a mansion of approximately 300 pyeong (about 990 square meters), complete with a swimming pool and a large lawn, leaving the cast members in awe. Actor Im Won-hee was particularly surprised by his wife's youthful appearance, exclaiming, "​I thought she was your daughter."
