Lee Bum Soo Admits Second Marriage Ended in Divorce

Actor Lee Bum-soo appeared on SBS's 'My Little Old Boy' and confessed his feelings after his divorce. He mentioned the agreed divorce, saying, "I went through personal matters for 2-3 years. It was a sad and painful time, but it recently concluded well."

During the divorce process, Lee Bum-soo expressed the deepest apologies to his children. He said, "There are no winners in divorce. Especially with children. My own pain isn't important. I feel so sorry for the children, and I've left pain for my family as well."

Regarding the noise during the divorce process due to his ex-wife's revelations, Lee Bum-soo stated, "From my perspective, I was very upset." He added, "I think it was good that I remained silent. I wanted to stay quiet because I felt sorry for the children. I didn't want to draw attention for something negative."

Lee Bum-soo also conveyed his longing for his two children, and regarding his reunion with them after the lawsuit concluded, he said, "It felt like I laughed with my children for the first time in years." He spoke about the recovery of his relationship with his children, saying, "My son comes over twice a week after school, and my daughter visits often too."

Recalling the time when the lawsuit concluded, Lee Bum-soo confessed, "I felt like my whole body had been beaten." He explained his feelings at the time, saying, "As the issues that had been lingering for 2-3 years were resolved, the tension released, and I felt like I had a body ache."
