HyunA Parts Ways With Agency AT AREA

Singer HyunA has terminated her exclusive contract with her agency AT AREA. AT AREA stated, "After in-depth discussions with HyunA regarding her future activities, we have agreed to terminate the exclusive contract." The agency expressed gratitude to HyunA and added, "We sincerely support HyunA's future endeavors as she embarks on a new journey." HyunA had been with AT AREA since November 2023, and their contract has ended after approximately two years and five months.

HyunA debuted in 2007 with Wonder Girls, then moved to 4Minute, and later pursued a solo career, releasing hit songs such as "Bubble Pop!" and "Red." In October 2024, she married Yong Jun-hyung and released her new song "Bad News" in April of the same year, continuing her activities.

Meanwhile, singer Dawn has also terminated his exclusive contract with AT AREA after three years. Dawn announced the contract termination through his social media and expressed his gratitude to the AT AREA staff. He stated, "The time spent contemplating and working together towards the same goal will be remembered as precious experiences and deep learning," adding, "I will use this new turning point to approach you with more sincere and profound music."

Dawn signed an exclusive contract with AT AREA, a label founded by the producing team GroovyRoom, in January 2023. He has been active as a solo artist, releasing songs like "Shine" and his second mini-album "Narcissus." He also appeared on broadcast programs and began his alternative military service as a public service worker in October 2023, being discharged in July of last year.
