Musinsa has opened "Musinsa Mega Store Seongsu," a super-large offline store spanning 2,000 pyeong in Seongsu-dong, Seoul. Covering a total of 2,000 pyeong from the basement level to the fourth floor, it is the largest multi-brand store in Korea based on a single store. The store aims to offer Musinsa's unique retail experience by bringing together approximately 1,000 brands across fashion, beauty, and food and beverage (F&B) in one space. It is designed as a complex space where customers can stay and experience brands for extended periods, going beyond simply displaying products. A key feature is the transfer of the product curation capabilities and data accumulated on the online platform to an offline shopping experience.

The store is organized into specialized categories on each floor. The basement level features Musinsa Young, Work & Formal, and Casual/Leather footwear. Floors 1 and 2 are dedicated to Girls, Bag & Cap Club, Eyewear, and Beauty sections. Notably, Musinsa Beauty on the second floor, spanning about 150 pyeong and showcasing around 700 brands, is its first standalone offline beauty store. It includes a fragrance zone, a fashion-beauty collaboration product area, and a lens shop. An optician is also on-site to assist with eye exams and purchases. The third floor focuses on Musinsa Standard Men, Women, Home, and Beauty categories, with popular online items prominently displayed. The fourth floor combines Sports, Running, and Outdoor categories with a food garden, seamlessly connecting shopping and dining. The inclusion of carefully selected F&B brands like Fuglen and Pizza Slice is a strategy to increase customer dwell time.

Musinsa Mega Store Seongsu incorporates customer participation-based content throughout the store, encouraging visitors to experience the space itself beyond just purchasing. The basement level features a free coin karaoke booth called "Musingsa." The second floor offers a gacha for beauty product purchasers and welcome gifts for global members, while the fourth floor provides a uniform marking service. The industry views this mega store as an evolution of Musinsa's offline strategy, analyzing that it has approached the completion of "Musinsa-style stay-type retail" through a super-large complex multi-brand store that combines fashion, beauty, F&B, and experiences.

A Musinsa representative stated, "We hope it will be recognized as the most evolved complex cultural experience for domestic customers and an essential visit for foreign tourists to encounter the essence of K-fashion and beauty." They added, "Musinsa Mega Store Seongsu will solidify its position as a 'Fashion & Beauty Hub.'" Furthermore, the company anticipates expanding its customer base by attracting a broad spectrum of domestic and international customers, from teenagers to those in their 40s, beyond its existing core demographic of those in their teens and 20s, and presenting a new paradigm for retail.

Musinsa Mega Store Seongsu officially opened on the 24th. On the opening day, a "Mega Bag" with discounts of up to 87% was sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and discount coupons were offered for purchases over 100,000 won during the weekend. Additionally, through the "On & Off Festival," held simultaneously at 11 offline stores nationwide and the online store until May 3rd, discounts of up to 80% are being offered on approximately 600 brands.
